1 Introduction & Acceptance

3 Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration Process

When registering on ab44, you must accurately fill in your real name, a valid email address, an active mobile number, and any other required information. Providing false information will be considered a violation of these terms.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

ab44 reserves the right to verify your identity for withdrawals above a certain amount or when claiming bonuses. This process may require you to submit a national identity card, passport, or other government-issued document. If documents are not submitted or verification fails, the account may be temporarily suspended.

3.3 Password & Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details completely confidential. Sharing your password with any third party is prohibited. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, you must notify ab44 support immediately. ab44 will not be held responsible for any loss resulting from third-party access.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Policy

4.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on ab44 is ৳300. Accepted deposit methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks). Deposits will only be accepted through these specified methods.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Withdrawals can only be made via the same method used for the deposit. Withdrawals above a certain limit may be held until identity verification is complete.

4.3 Transaction Validity

You must ensure that the payment account used for deposits belongs to you. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted. If any transaction is suspected of irregularity or fraud, ab44 reserves the right to suspend or cancel that transaction.

5 Bonus & Promotion Policy

5.1 Welcome Bonus

ab44 offers new players a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. If someone deposits ৳22,000, the bonus will be capped at ৳10,000, giving a total balance of ৳32,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20x — applied to the bonus amount only (not deposit + bonus). Example: if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must wager a total of ৳20,000 (1,000 × 20) before you can withdraw winnings from the bonus.

5.3 Bonus Usage Rules

• Each player may claim each promotion only once.
• It is each player's responsibility to read the applicable terms carefully before claiming a bonus.
• Claiming bonuses by creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• A bonus may only be usable in specific game categories — this will be stated in the terms of each promotion.
• ab44 reserves the right to modify or discontinue any bonus programme at any time.

6 Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play Policy

6.2 Prohibited Conduct

Regular and active players may be promoted to a higher tier. The benefits and conditions for each tier are determined by ab44, and the platform's decision on these matters is final.

The time limit for submitting a dispute is 30 days from the date of the incident. Disputes submitted after this period may not be accepted. ab44's decision, issued after reviewing the arguments of both parties, will be considered final and binding.

14 Service Changes & Interruptions

15 Applicable Law & General Provisions

These terms must be interpreted in good faith. If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain in full effect. Any delay by ab44 in enforcing its rights under these terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. The Bengali version of this document is the primary and authoritative version.
